General Ledger Dates

General ledger dates your means to let the system know which date ranges belong to which fiscal year and period. The system uses these dates to determine which fiscal year and fiscal period to post general ledger entries to during transactional postings. These dates are populated for you automatically when Acclamare is initially installed, but are editable in this maintenance screen.

Note: If your company does not use thirteen periods, please set the value in that field to the same value in the twelfth period field.
