Version 2013.2.0.0

This version was released to selected customers on March 29, 2013.

This version requires the installation of the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.

Major Enhancements

707: Customer Statement Printing

There is a new screen for batch printing of Customer Statements. This screen provides filters for Customer, Current Balance, and Due Date Status. The result set provides a list of customers that meet the filter criteria and displays the Account Number, Customer Name, Days Past Due, Open Document Balance, and Average Days to Pay. The grid also contains customizable columns for Credit Limit, Date Added, High Balance, High Balance Date, Last NSF, Next Credit Review, and Order Limit. Each selected row will generate a Customer Statement based on the settings found in Document Control (or Customer Document Control when applicable).

Minor Enhancements

2088: Accounts Receivable Adjustment

Users will now be prevented from editing the Freight value when doing an AR Adjustment if the original document did not have a carrier service assigned to it.

1193: Customer Credit

A Customer Credit will now show the Freight amount associated with the Unreturned Merchandise Authorization that created the credit.

2208: Customer Credit

Customer Credits now allow a price of $0.

2093: Customer Quote

Customer Quotes that contain an estimated freight value, but are tied to a customer that does not have a default carrier service code, will not have that freight value passed to the sales order when releasing the quote.

2092: Customer Return

Users will now be required to provide a carrier service code only when the customer return has a freight value. The customer return will still have its service code defaulted to the value provided by the customer or customer location. This new rule will only have an effect if the customer or location has no default value.

2124: Customer Return

Users can now change the units of measure on a customer return line.

2195: Dynamic Inquiry

Made the fields in Item Information darker for increased legibility.

2173: Expedite and Follow Up

Print and Print Preview are once again active in Expedite & Follow Up. This functionality was missing in the new architecture.

2216: Kit Order

Automatic generation of kit level serial/lot control numbers is once again active. This functionality was missing in the new architecture.

2082: Recalculate Customer Aging

When the scheduled job for Recalculate Customer Aging is run, Past Due Holds are now being reassessed. During the customer aging calculations, if a customer is determined to be past due, all open sales orders for that customer will be flagged with the Past Due Hold. During those same calculations, any customer that was past due but has since paid their invoice(s) will have their open sales orders Past Due Holds cleared.

364: Recurring Vendor Invoice

Recurring Vendor Invoices now have new fields to define the release schedule for an invoice.

1863: Replenishment

The Show Me button is once again available in the replenishment grid.

2006: Sales Invoice

The customer associated to a Sales Invoice can now be changed as long as the invoice is in "Open" or "Posted" status.

2091: Sales Invoice

Users will now be required to provide a carrier service code only when the sales invoice has a freight value. The sales invoice will still have its service code defaulted to the value provided by the customer or customer location. This new rule will only have an effect if the customer or location has no default value.

2109: Sales Invoice

Margin % is now available in the grid's column chooser.

1837: Sales Order

There is a new item in the "Action Menu". The item is labeled "Create Vendor Drop Ship Details for Nonstock Lines ...” When the user clicks this item, they will be able to choose a vendor. Every nonstock item line on the sales order that does not already have a detail and is sold by the chosen vendor will have a vendor drop ship detail created for it.

2060: Sales Order

Added a new item to the File menu. Recent Orders gives the user a list of up to ten of the last sales orders they have viewed or edited. The user can click on any of these orders to automatically navigate to that order.

This list is only maintained for as long as the same Sales Order screen is open and is not persisted between sessions.

2090: Sales Order

Users will now be required to provide a carrier service code only when the sales order has an estimated freight value. The sales order will still have its service code defaulted to the value provided by the customer or customer location. This new rule will only have an effect if the customer or location has no default value.

2094: Shipping

Users will now be required to provide a carrier service code only when the shipment has a freight value.

1938: System Wide

Phone numbers throughout Acclamare will now be automatically formatted. If the user enters a 10 digit phone number, the system will automatically format it in the (XXX) XXX-XXXX US format. The user can still enter international phone numbers, but they will not be automatically formatted.

102: Unit Cost Adjustment for Vendor Drop Ship Confirmation

Unit Cost Adjustments can now be performed on Vendor Drop Ship Confirmation. This functionality is only available from the Vendor Invoice screen.

2028: User Security

There are two new field level security options that affect Sales Orders. User can now be allowed to or prevented from modifying the Sales Force and Field Sales Force fields.

1983: Vendor Return Confirmation

During Vendor Return Confirmation, the user can now see and edit the price associated with the Customer Return Line. If the user edits this price, the new price will be used when the Customer Credit line is created.

The user may need to customize this column into their grid in order to utilize this feature.

1984: Vendor Return Confirmation

During Vendor Return Confirmation, the user can now see and edit the cost associated with the Vendor Return Line. If the user edits this cost, the new cost will be used when the Vendor Credit line is created.

The user may need to customize this column into their grid in order to utilize this feature.

170: Warehouse Transfer

Warehouse Transfers are now being saved automatically at the line level in the same manner that Sales Orders are saved. As soon as the line has a legitimate item and quantity, the entire transfer is saved to the database. Any edit made to quantity or item after that point will also be automatically saved.

Bug Fixes

2202: Item Bracket Maintenance

Item Bracket Maintenance is now being displayed in the correct Quantity UM.

2217: Purchase Order Printing

Corrected an issue that occurred during Purchase Order Printing. The purchase order's Vendor Notified date was not being updated properly, but is now being set correctly.

2189: Purchase Order Search

Corrected a cosmetic issue in the Purchase Order Search screen. The column titled Vendor was displaying the vendor's name but should have been displaying the vendor's account number.

2178: Sales Order

Corrected an issue that prevented new customer item numbers from being saved to the database. The new entry was being ignored until the user exited the sales order. This caused a potential issue with the number not appearing on printed copies of the order.

2213: Sales Order

Removed an item from the sales order "View" menu that was labeled "Customer Alerts ...” Customer Alerts are available in the dynamic inquiry and there is no longer a need for this button.

2176: Stock Item Maintenance

Corrected a cosmetic issue that displayed excessive decimal places under certain circumstances.

2199: Warehouse Transfer

Corrected an issue that occurred when an existing line on a Warehouse Transfer was edited. If the user opened and existing transfer, and edited an existing line that was not using the item's SKU UM, the quantity would not be updated correctly to reflect the UM being used.
