The appointment scheduler is located on the main screen of Acclamare. This area allows you to set an appointment date and time to make a call to a customer or a customer contact. The appointments can be a one-time call or can be recurring.
When making a customer call, you can press the "Contact ..." button in the main menu (telephone icon) to record details about your conversation. If the appointment is a recurring call, you can also view details of your previous appointments. You can do several things from this screen such as, start an email, start a quote, start a sales order, or set a follow-up date and time to recontact the customer.
