Acclamare Command Center

The Acclamare Command Center is used to perform various system configuration tasks and set up, run, and monitor various system automated routines.

The main screen consists of a standard Windows menu and two data grids. The top grid lists information about all currently configured Scheduled Jobs. The bottom grid lists a history of all jobs that have been run in the recent past since the last time the Command Center was started. Both grids are in a read-only state.

In addition to these upgrade tasks, you can perform several other functions within this utility.

  • Maintenance

    • Health Checker: This area is only intended for use by Acclamare support staff and should not be utilized by any other personnel.
  • Actions
    • Pause Running of Tasks: This action will stop all processing of Scheduled Jobs. You may wish to do this for various reasons, but the two most likely are:
      • To edit Scheduled Jobs (see above). You cannot edit existing jobs, delete existing jobs, or add new jobs while tasks are currently running. Use this action to turn processing off so that jobs become modifiable.
      • To stop a job from running in the event that it is slowing the system down and consuming too many resources.
    • Retry Selected Failed Task: This action can be used to retry a task that has failed. Tasks my occasionally fail due to data entry issues or because they time-out when the system is too busy.
