Version 2019.1.1.4

This version was released to all customers on Friday, May 24, 2019. This build contains only bug fixes for crucial issues that were discovered in production environments that were the first to go live on the AvaTax system.

Bug Fixes

9489: Customer Return Receiving

Corrected an issue that caused the balance of the resulting Customer Credit to be less than it should have been. The balance did not properly reflect any restocking fees that were being charged. This also lead to taxes being calculated incorrectly for states that tax these fees.

9552: Customer Return Receiving

Corrected an issue that caused the balance of the resulting Customer Credit to be less than it should have been. The balance did not properly reflect any freight value that was being credited. This also lead to taxes being calculated incorrectly for states that tax freight.

9560: Customer Returns

Corrected an issue that caused taxes on restocking fees to be calculated incorrectly.

9555: Shipping

Corrected an issue that could leave a balance on the resulting Sales Invoice under the following conditions:

• the sales order was taxable
• was being shipped to a state that taxes freight
• had a Freight Payment Method of Add to Invoice
• was prepaid with a credit card that was only Authorized, not Finalized
• had freight added to it by the third-party shipping software
• the user was forced to Finalize the payment prior to posting the shipment.

The invoice amount was correct, but the payment was short by the exact amount of the tax on the freight.
