Major Enhancements

11545: Workflows

We're very excited to announce this new feature! In Acclamare, Workflows can be used to create set of tasks that help users determine what they should be working on at any given moment in the work day. More information can be found here and here.

Minor Enhancements

11585: Customer Quote

Added the ability to import a Bell & Gossett file even when lines already exist on the quote. This will give sites using this feature the ability to modify the project in the B&G tool and then import their changes into an existing quote rather than having to start a new quote for the same project.

11513: DevExpress

We receive regular updates from DevExpress, which is the company that provides almost every visual widget used throughout the Acclamare UI. As part of the latest update, there are 5 new skins available for the Acclamare Client.

11508: Dynamic Inquiries (Dashboard Edition)

The Customer Service view has been redesigned to free up more vertical space on the screen.

10364: Item Maintenance

The GL Account Group field is now required. The value should always be defaulted from the Value in Inventory Settings (found in the Acclamare Command Center), but in case that area does not contain a value, this change will ensure that the value in the item is always populated.

11446: My User Account

In Maintenance -> Document Settings, the user can now override setting for the Purchase Order document.

11583: Pricing Engine

Made several changes to the pricing engine and all relevant maintenance areas in order to better support broken box fees. If your site does not use broken box fees, these changes have no impact on your maintenance areas or pricing calculations.

10189: Purchase Order

The Purchase Order search screen now includes custom fields when applicable.

10219: Purchase Order

When a buyer updates the cost on a PO line item, the pop up question asks if the Vendor Item record cost should also be updated. If the user answers "Yes", the Last Price Update date value is now also being updated.

Bug Fixes

11430: Available Pricing

Corrected a visual bug that could occur only under certain pricing scenarios. While addressing this issue, we took the opportunity to redesign this screen to improve the presentation of the pricing data.

11526: Avalara CertCapture

Corrected an error that could occur when updating a customer record in the CertCapture database that was originally placed in that database outside of the Acclamare process. Also made changes to the Acclamare process that inserts new records into that database so that the error should not occur.

11507: Dynamic Inquiries (Dashboard Edition)

Corrected a cosmetic issue with the Sales History grid. On rows that represented Sales Invoices, the associated sales order number was being displayed in the Document column instead of the sales invoice number.

11588: Inventory History Inquiry

Corrected an error that could occur when using the Control Number filter.
