Acclamare provides integration with third-party systems that handle aspects of you business that are beyond the scope of a typical wholesale distribution application. Each of these processes can be handled in Acclamare, although they are typically done manually, outside of the system, and then manually recorded within the appropriate interface in Acclamare. These integrations offer a means to not only have an automated way of performing the task, but also provide a two-way communication of data (where applicable) between Acclamare and the third-party solution.

Acclamare currently offers integrations in these key areas:

Credit Card Processing and Merchant Services

Payment Logistics offers a solution for your company that provides safe and secure processing of all of your credit card transactions. Their Paygistix Client is fully PA-DSS compliant, meaning all of your customer’s data is secure.

Payment Logistics is also a Credit Card Merchant Account Provider. They offer very competitive rates and have an excellent support staff ready to assist you with any of your processing needs.

When your company is ready to begin using Payment Logistics, please visit them at: http://paymentlogistics.com/acclamare. This site, created specifically for existing Acclamare customers, will get you quick access to a Payment Logistics representative ready to meet your needs.

Once Paygistix has been installed at your site and your account is active, you will need to configure Acclamare to use this software. This is done by a system administrator in the Acclamare Command Center on a per user basis in the User Maintenance screen.

Faxing

GFI offers a variety of solutions to assist your business with faxing. Acclamare is currently integrated with their feature-rich GFI FaxMaker software, which has worked well for years at several of our existing customer sites.

Configuring GFI FaxMaker for use in Acclamare is a two-step process. First, a system administrator will  need to use the Acclamare Command Center on a per user basis in the User Maintenance screen to assign the GFI FaxMaker User Name. Second, on each workstation that will be used for faxing, the user or administrator will need to access the Machine Specific Options screen and specify the communication folder.

Shipping

Endicia offers several solutions for companies that frequently ship packages via the US Postal Service. Endicia is the chosen provider for all USPS shipping done in Acclamare.

FedEx offers shipping around the world with many different service levels. Acclamare provides a direct integration with their software, which can be installed at your shipping stations.

RateLinx provides an outstanding shipping solution for companies who ship with multiple carriers. If your company needs to ship with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL carriers, RateLinx has you covered. Not only do they provide one-stop-shopping across carriers, you can also rate-shop with this software. RateLinx is the preferred provider for LTL integration for Acclamare.

UPS offers shipping around the world with many different service levels. Acclamare provides a direct integration with their WorldShip product, which can be installed at your shipping stations.

Each of these integrations use a simply mailbox approach and each can be configured by the user or administrator accessing the Machine Specific Options screen on every workstation that will be used for shipping and specifying the communication folder.

Tax Calculation and Reporting

Avalara AvaTax is a cloud-based solution automating transaction tax calculations and the tax filing process. Avalara provides real-time tax calculation using tax content from more than 12,000 US taxing jurisdictions and over 200 countries, insuring your transaction tax is calculated based on the most current tax rules.

Acclamare comes with a built-in simplistic tax calculation routine that can meet your companies needs if you have a limited need to collect and report taxes. However, if you sell taxable goods in multiple states, or sell products that have complicated tax rules, Avalara is a superior choice.

Once your company has purchased, installed, and configured AvaTax, your system administrator will need to configure Acclamare in order to use it. Please follow the instructions in this article.
